S.L.I.C.K (St. Louis Independent Car Klub) ~ St. Louis, MO
The club was formed about 6 years ago by five guys who wanted to belong to a club without a lot of rules or monthly, boring meetings. There are no requirements about the age of you OR your car (just no new, off-the-showroom model) and we do things all year long for fun and comeraderie. There are 60 memberships (mostly couples) and lots of us include grandkids. We travel all over the country to shows and do as many local shows as we can. Every three weeks in the winter we go to a Sunday brunch and if there is need for a meeting, we do it then. About half (or more) of the club goes, in our rods, to these brunches. It's a ball, parading down the highway, 30-40 cars in a row.
