About Symco Shakedown: The Shakedown is a Traditional Style Hot Rod Show and Party. We cater to vehicles that you would have found tearing up the streets of the good ol’ USA before 1965. Many of these vehicles would be modified using parts available during that time. That means old school parts. You would not find 22 inch billet wheels on a car in 1955. Flatheads, nailheads, baby hemis, y-blocks and 6 bangers would be common power plants.
The criteria is simple. If you would see it circa 1959, you will see it at Symco
