Fast Times Rods
One of our long time customers wanted a Willys with a “twist”. Starting with a custom Dutchman independant rear suspension, we fabricated this all round tube chassis from a clean sheet of paper and built all the components in house, including one of my personal favorites, the custom oval tubular control arms. This is going to be a project for some time to come so check back for updates and new pics as we go.

FastTimes Rods Inc. is the largest street rod chassis manufacturer in New York State. It is the offspring of Pete Clark's Nite Owl Welding which was started in 1999. We have built an excellent reputation on the quality and value of our products and proudly stand behind everything we sell. We currently own and occupy approximately 7,000 sq ft of manufacturing space and are ready to expand.
Most of our employees have been in the custom vehicle business for an average of 15-20 years and demonstrate their commitment and expertise with every street rod we build. We realize that setting out to build a street rod can be a daunting task. Just the sheer number of manufacturers along can lead to hair pulling and hours frustration trying to decide on how best to spend your hard earned money.
Our goal is to provide the customer with an education before all else. We offer information in our "How to Shop for a Street Rod" brochure and are happy to make suggestions on where to save money, where to spend it and we always keep our pencils sharp to give you the best value for your money.
