Wayne Yoder of Wautoma, Wis., holds collector car auctions each spring and fall. Yoder starts off taking bids on automobilia items. He then moves on to selling cars and trucks (about 70 in this Sept. 20, 2019 auction). He’ll end most sales by offering an array of golf carts, boats, trailers, trollies, pedal cars and additional automobilia.
Each vehicle in the sale has a State of Wisconsin “Buyer’s Guide” in its window that lists all problems it has. This takes a lot of guesswork out of striking deals on auction vehicles. Registering for the auction is also free. Good food is available from a vendor on the grounds. The auction podium is indoors. Yoder accepts internet bidding.
